Refund and Returns Policy

This policy covers physical home strength equipment such as adjustable dumbbells, benches, pull-up bars, kettlebells, suspension trainers, resistance tubes, pulley systems, sandbags, ankle weights, and grip kits. It governs requests to return an item, receive a refund, or an exchange after delivery. It does not apply to digital products or services.

When a review may be considered
A review can be opened if an order was charged more than once, if the wrong item or quantity was delivered, if packaging arrived damaged with contents affected, if components or hardware are missing, or if the product differs materially from the published specifications. Requests based on preference changes may be evaluated when the product remains unused.

When a request is typically declined
Requests are generally declined when an item shows signs of use, modification, or neglect; when serial or security labels are removed or tampered with; when hygiene-critical items (ankle cuffs or grips) have been used without protective barriers; when sandbags or similar fillable gear have been loaded with materials other than those recommended; or when documentation, accessories, included in the box are not returned.

Preparing an item for return
Retain the carton, inserts, hardware bags, manuals, and protective films. Clean surfaces of chalk, dust, or residue. Secure moving parts with the supplied ties or padding to prevent transit damage. For multi-box shipments, place each component back into its labeled container. If the original packaging is unavailable, use equivalent double-walled cartons and internal bracing.

Evidence and inspection
Provide clear photos or a video that shows the product condition, the outer carton, the shipping label, and any damage or missing components. Upon receipt, the item is inspected for structural integrity, functional operation, and completeness. Cosmetic scuffs from handling may not qualify as damage if function is unaffected.

Carrier claims
If a carrier incident is suspected, support may initiate a claim and request additional photos, packing measurements, and a brief statement describing delivery conditions. Keep all cartons and inserts until the review is closed, as carriers often require inspection. Where a pickup is arranged, have the parcel sealed, labeled, and accessible for the driver.

Heavy or oversize items
Some strength equipment exceeds standard carrier limits. Returns may require freight pickup from curbside with the product strapped to a pallet. The sender is responsible for safe handoff; improper packing or unsecured loads may void eligibility for reimbursement if transit damage occurs.

Possible outcomes
Outcomes may include a refund to the original payment method, a partial refund reflecting missing parts or wear, an exchange for the same SKU, or a store credit tied to the purchasing account. Where replacement components resolve the issue, parts may be shipped without returning the entire unit.

Acceptable use and safety
Products are intended for personal fitness use. They are not medical devices. Follow the assembly and safety instructions, respect load limits, anchor points, and door frame requirements, and keep children and pets clear during use. Damage resulting from misassembly, unauthorized repairs, or use beyond stated ratings is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Privacy and documentation
Only information required to process a request is collected. Do not send payment card details or personal health data. Keep copies of correspondence and carrier receipts for your records.
